1. サービス
Block & Relayは、iOSの機能を利用してWebアクセスを制限し、Protectionを弱める操作に待機時間を設けるアプリです。すべての通信経路やコンテンツを完全に遮断することは保証しません。
2. 利用条件
利用者は、自身が管理する端末で、適用法令およびAppleの条件に従って本サービスを利用するものとします。端末の認証、ネットワーク設定、OS更新により一部機能が一時的に利用できない場合があります。
3. Plus
PlusはApp Storeの自動更新サブスクリプションです。価格、期間、無料トライアルの有無は購入画面に表示されます。期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新され、Apple IDに請求されます。購入後の管理・解約と返金はAppleの手続きに従います。失効後もBLOCK、Apple自動フィルタ、既存の個人ブラックリスト、Cooldownは維持されますが、共有フィルタとiCloud保護バックアップは停止し、個人リストの新規追加上限は無料版へ戻ります。
4. 共有ブラックリスト
共有データは人間による確認後に公開します。誤判定は異議申立てを受けて審査し、必要に応じてデータセットの取消またはロールバックを行います。
5. 禁止事項
APIや審査基盤への妨害、不正な大量報告、認証回避、リバースエンジニアリングを含む法令または第三者の権利を侵害する行為を禁止します。
6. 変更・停止
安全性、法令、Appleプラットフォームの変更に対応するため、機能や条件を変更することがあります。重要な変更はアプリまたは公式サイトで案内します。
7. 責任範囲
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、適用法令で認められる範囲で、本サービスが中断しないこと、すべての対象を遮断すること、または誤判定が発生しないことを保証しません。運営者の故意または重過失による場合など、法令により制限できない責任はこの限りではありません。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、法令上認められる範囲で、運営者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Service
Block & Relay uses iOS capabilities to limit web access and adds a waiting period before protection can be weakened. It does not guarantee complete blocking across every network path or type of content.
2. Eligibility and proper use
Use Block & Relay only on a device you control and in accordance with applicable law and Apple’s terms. Authorization, network settings, and OS updates may temporarily affect features.
3. Plus subscription
Plus is an auto-renewable App Store subscription. The purchase screen shows the price, duration, and any trial. Payment is charged to the Apple ID and renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage cancellation and refunds through Apple. Expiration disables the shared filter and iCloud protection backup and returns the personal-list addition limit to Free, but it does not turn off BLOCK, Apple’s automatic filter, existing personal blocks, or an active cooldown.
4. Shared blocklist
Shared entries are published only after human review. Appeals are reviewed and may result in a dataset revocation or rollback. Per-device instant exceptions are not provided for shared-list decisions.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not disrupt the API or review system, submit abusive volumes of reports, bypass authentication, violate law or third-party rights, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Changes, availability, and liability
Features or terms may change for safety, legal, or platform reasons. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete blocking, or zero false positives. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. To the extent permitted by law, courts in Japan with jurisdiction over the operator’s location have agreed first-instance jurisdiction. Operator: Eunois — support@eunois.com
